Dr. Eric Nielsen grew up in the Rocky Mountains in northern Utah. He attended BYU-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho for his undergraduate education, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with honors. He then attended SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York. There, he enjoyed going on dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Tonga while earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Since moving to Oklahoma, Dr. Nielsen has been dedicated to both cosmetic and general dentistry, and has been placing and restoring implants in the Tulsa area for over ten years.

Dr. Nielsen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Tulsa County Dental Society. He regularly updates his education with an emphasis on endodontics, allowing him to provide convenience and a high quality of care to his patients.

Dr. Nielsen and his wife, Melissa, have seven children; Porter, Adelaide, Charlotte, Anastasia, Hazel, Petronella, and Wyatt. Dr. Nielsen and Melissa enjoy staying busy and active with their family, whether they’re working in the garden at home or out exploring the wilds of Oklahoma. Dr. Nielsen loves all things outdoors including hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting, and is always up for a new adventure!

Dr. Nichole Musick is a general dentist at Spring Dental in Bixby, Oklahoma. Originally from Owasso, Oklahoma, Dr. Musick is excited to be back close to home! She attended the University of Oklahoma to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in Honors with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Musick enjoyed her time at the University of Oklahoma she decided to stay and attend the University of Oklahoma School of Dentistry for dental school. Dr. Musick chose dentistry because it is the perfect combination of art and science. Her favorite part of being a dentist is creating a sense of trust with her patients, and educating them on the importance of oral health. Dr. Musick is currently a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, Baptist Medical Dental Fellowship, and American Student Dental Association.

Dr. Musick has lots of family in the Tulsa area, as well as in New York and Florida, which makes for some great vacations to visit them! She is excited to get a dog as she starts this next chapter of her life. If she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Musick doing anything active! She loves going to the gym, Cyclebar, or playing sand volleyball! Fun fact, she was a Cyclebar instructor for about six months in college! Dr. Musick is passionate about encouraging and inspiring people to take care of themselves, and to have fun doing it. Now that she is back in the Tulsa area, she hopes to pick up teaching cycle classes again!

Dr. Amber Cooke is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for connecting with her patients and creating positive, meaningful dental experiences. A proud graduate of Oakwood University (B.S. in Biology) and Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, Dr. Cooke brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care—rooted in her love for science, art, and community.

Influenced by her grandfather, a retired dentist, and inspired by a lifelong desire to serve others, Dr. Cooke strives to ensure each patient feels seen, supported, and empowered through education and personalized care. She believes deeply in the privilege of making a difference in her patients’ lives and values the impact they have on hers.
