Dr. Eric Nielsen grew up in the Rocky Mountains in northern Utah. He attended BYU-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho for his undergraduate education, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with honors. He then attended SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York. There, he enjoyed going on dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Tonga while earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Since moving to Oklahoma, Dr. Nielsen has been dedicated to both cosmetic and general dentistry, and has been placing and restoring implants in the Tulsa area for over ten years.

Dr. Nielsen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the Tulsa County Dental Society. He regularly updates his education with an emphasis on endodontics, allowing him to provide convenience and a high quality of care to his patients.

Dr. Nielsen and his wife, Melissa, have seven children; Porter, Adelaide, Charlotte, Anastasia, Hazel, Petronella, and Wyatt. Dr. Nielsen and Melissa enjoy staying busy and active with their family, whether they’re working in the garden at home or out exploring the wilds of Oklahoma. Dr. Nielsen loves all things outdoors including hiking, fishing, camping, and hunting, and is always up for a new adventure!

Dr. Kaiti Walker is a general dentist at Spring Dental in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She completed her undergraduate in Biology at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Dr. Walker then completed a masters degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas before attending dental school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Walker chose to become a dentist to help her patience obtain the same confidence in their smile her dentist gave her growing up.

Dr. Walker has two adorable cats named Tux and Bella. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being on water whether it be a river or a lake. She has also been to 48 states, all by car!

Dr. Ivey Frazier  is a general dentist dedicated to improving patients’ oral health and confidence through compassionate, patient-centered care. A proud graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor’s in Health Science, Dr. Frazier went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry.

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. Frazier was inspired by her father’s work in the field and found her own passion for dentistry while shadowing after high school. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the ability to boost patients’ self-esteem and ensure they feel heard and understood. She values teamwork and collaboration in creating solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Beyond clinical work, Dr. Frazier is passionate about giving back through mission trips and local community service. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing in nature, shopping, and reading. With strong support from her parents and an older brother in the tech field, Dr. Frazier is excited to serve her community and make a meaningful impact.
