Dr. Brittany Ellis is an orthodontist at the Spring Dental on Brookside in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Ellis is originally from Vancouver, Washington, and completed her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She then went on to dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, and then completed a Residency in Orthodontics at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Ellis became a dentist after being a professional cheerleader and dancer for many years, and seeing so many beautiful and talented women not expressing confidence due to their smiles. Her favorite part of being a dentist is the day her patients get their braces off, and getting to see the beam of confidence come across their faces when they see their new smile for the first time.
Dr. Ellis is a member of a number of professional organizations including, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and Women in Orthodontics.
Dr. Ellis and her husband, who is also a dentist, met at the gym in their second year of dental school and they’ve been together ever since. They have three beautiful children together, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback fur baby named Cookie Joy! Dr. Ellis is known as “the braid mom,” and is known to braid her daughters hair for any occasion. A fun fact about her is if she could pick any super power, she would choose the ability to bring happiness to others.
